3.08.100: NEVADA TAX COMMISSION; RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The Nevada Tax Commission shall have the power to make all necessary rules and regulations and prescribe all necessary forms or other requirements for the purpose of making the administration of this Chapter effective. (Ord. 60 Art. III(C), 1976)
