3.08.070: REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION; ACTION BY COMMISSION:

All decisions, acts and resolutions of the Commission shall be by majority vote of its membership. A tie vote shall have the effect of no decision and no action shall be taken. (Ord. 148, 1996: Ord. 60 Art. II(F), 1976)
