3.08.050: REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION; ORGANIZATION AND MEETINGS:
   A.   Organization: The Commission shall, by majority vote, select one of their members as chairman of the Commission and shall reorganize at the beginning of each calendar year.
   B.   Meetings: The Commission shall meet at such times and places as the members of the Commission may deem necessary and proper; but at least one meeting shall be held quarterly. (Ord. 148, 1996: Ord. 60 Art. II(D), 1976)
