3.08.040: REGIONAL TRANSPORTATION COMMISSION; TERMS OF REPRESENTATIVES:
After passage of the Ordinance codified in this Chapter, the first representatives shall be selected within thirty (30) days and shall serve until December 31 of the next even- numbered year. The successors of the first appointed representatives shall serve for terms of two (2) years and any vacancies shall be filled for the unexpired terms. (Ord. 148, 1996: Ord. 60 Art. II(C), 1976)
