3.04.1370: APPLICATION OF RES JUDICATA DOCTRINE:
In the determination of any case arising under the Relief Tax Ordinance, the rule of res judicata is applicable only if the liability involved is for the same period as was involved in another case previously determined. (Ord. 106 §18(E), 1989)
