3.04.1280: EMPLOYMENT OF INVESTIGATORS; AUTHORITY:
The Department may employ accountants, auditors, investigators, assistants and clerks necessary for the efficient administration of the Relief Tax Ordinance, and may delegate authority to its representatives to conduct hearings, prescribe regulations or perform any other duties imposed by the Relief Tax Ordinance. (Ord. 106 §17(B), 1989)
