3.04.1050: LIABILITY FOR SHERIFF FEES; COLLECTION:
The fees, commissions and expenses are the obligation of the person required to pay any amount under the Relief Tax Ordinance and may be collected from him by virtue of the warrant or in any other manner provided in the Relief Tax Ordinance for the collection of the tax. (Ord. 106 §14(C), 1989)
