The district attorney of the county to which a part of the tax is due and payable, on behalf of the county, shall prosecute the action, and the provisions of Nevada Revised Statutes, the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure and the Nevada Rules of Appellate Practice relating to service of summons, pleadings, proofs, trials and appeals as are applicable to the proceedings.
