All determinations made by the Department under Sections 3.04.740 through 3.04.830 of this Article, are due and payable at the time they become final. If they are not paid when due and payable, a penalty of ten percent (10%) of the amount of the determination, exclusive of interest and penalties, must be added. (Ord. 106 §9(E), 1989)
