3.04.670: REIMBURSEMENT TO TAXPAYER:
The taxpayer shall deduct and withhold from the taxes otherwise due from him 1.5 percent thereof to reimburse himself for the cost of collecting the tax. (Ord. 106 §6(D), 1989)
