3.04.420: PROCEEDS OF MINES:

There are exempted from the taxes imposed by this Title the gross receipts from the sale of, and the storage, use or other consumption in the County of, the proceeds of mines which are subject to taxes levied pursuant to Nevada Revised Statutes chapter 362. (Ord. 106 §5(C), 1989)
