Every retailer selling tangible personal property for storage, use or other consumption in the County shall register with the Department and give:
A. The names and addresses of all agents operating in the County;
B. The location of all distribution or sales houses or offices or other places of business in the County;
C. Such other information as the Department may require. (Ord. 106 §4(H), 1989)
