A. Every person desiring to engage in or conduct business as a seller within the County must file with the Department an application for a permit for each place of business, unless he intends to sell vehicles and will make fewer than three (3) retail sales of vehicles during any twelve (12) month period.
B. Every application for a permit must:
1. Be made upon a form prescribed by the Department;
2. Set forth the name under which the applicant transacts or intends to transact business and the location of his place or places of business;
3. Set forth other information which the Department may require.
C. The application must be signed:
1. By the owner if he is a natural person;
2. In the case of an association or partnership, by a member or partner;
3. In the case of a corporation, by an executive officer or some person specifically authorized by the corporation to sign the application, to which must be attached the written evidence of his authority. (Ord. 106 §3(A), 1989)
