2.102.040: DUTIES OF OFFICERS:
The chairman shall preside at all meetings of the Pershing County volunteer board ("board") and in his absence the vice chairman shall preside. The secretary assigned to the board shall keep accurate and complete minutes of all meetings of the board. (Ord. 314, 2014)
