280.05 OFFICERS; MEETINGS; QUORUM.

The Citizen’s Park and Recreation Advisory Committee shall organize annually to elect a Chairman, Vice-Chairman and Secretary. Meetings of the Committee shall be scheduled as provided by the bylaws of the Committee. Six members of the Committee shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.
