The term of the members of the Citizen’s Park and Recreation Advisory Committee shall be three years, except the members who are high school students, whose term shall be one year. Three members of the first such Committee shall serve for terms ending December 31, 1977; three members for terms ending December 31, 1978; and three members for terms ending December 31, 1979. The two initial high school students shall serve for terms ending June 1, 1987. Any member shall be deemed to have vacated his or her position and shall be replaced upon three unexcused, consecutive absences, or, upon unexcused absences equating to more than one-half of the meetings in any calendar year.
