280.02 MEMBERSHIP.

The Citizen’s Park and Recreation Advisory Committee shall consist of eleven members, all of whom shall be residents of the City and two of whom shall be high school students. Also serving as ex-officio members of the Committee shall be the Chairperson of the Recreation Committee of Council and the Operations Manager of the Department of Public Service.
