There is hereby created and established a Street Tree Commission of the City of Perrysburg, County of Wood, State of Ohio, consisting of the following eight members: The Director of Public Service; the Operations Manager; the Director of Planning and Zoning; and five residents of the City who shall be appointed by the Mayor with the approval of Council. One of the five residents shall be a landscape architect, certified arborist or forester.
