267.01-2 REGULAR PART-TIME EMPLOYEE CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES.
   Regular Part-Time employees are those employees who typically work less than eighty (80) hours per pay period and who hold a position that requires working a regular schedule of twenty-six (26) bi-weekly pay periods, or any other comparable consecutive pay periods, which is not limited to a specific season or duration. The classifications and wage rates for Regular Part-Time employees shall be set by the Mayor unless the wage rate is more than twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per hour. Wage rates more than twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per hour shall be set by City Council.
   Any other part-time type employee, including but not limited to Seasonal, Intermittent, Temporary or Interns as defined by the Ohio Revised Code and Administrative Code, shall have their compensation set by the Mayor unless the wage rate is more than twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per hour. Wage rates more than twenty-eight dollars ($28.00) per hour shall be set by City Council.
