Any employee called in to work other than during his/her regularly scheduled work period shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours work or two (2) hours pay in lieu thereof at the applicable rate. Any other call-ins during the same two (2) hour period will not be considered as an additional call and would not trigger an additional two (2) hour guarantee. The two (2) hour guarantee will not apply when an employee is called in within two (2) hours of the scheduled start of his/her shift. Call-in pay shall not apply to work that is self-initiated and performed at home or other non-traditional work site.
