Each full time staff member covered by this Personnel Policy of the City shall receive longevity pay equal to fifty-five dollars ($55.00) for each year, or part thereof, of service to be paid with the first pay in July. Longevity pay contemplated by this section shall be paid the nearest pay day on or after July first of each year. Eligibility and years of service will be determined as of January first of each year. Provided, however,
A. No such longevity pay shall accrue to a staff member below the Senior Administrative staff level until such person has completed twelve (12) years of continuous service with the City.
B. No such longevity pay shall accrue to a Senior Administrative staff member until such person has completed ten (10) years of continuous service with the City.
C. No such longevity pay shall accrue to an Executive Staff Member or Human Resources Manager until such person has completed four (4) years of continuous service with the City.
