If it is a core duty of an employee to operate a vehicle then the employee must remain insurable under the City insurance liability policy. In the event an employee becomes uninsurable the City may take appropriate disciplinary action, up to and including discharge, if an employee becomes uninsurable under the City's liability insurance.
