The following will be the schedule for full vacation time off and pay for eligible staff members.
A. At the end of one (1) year of employment through the end of five (5) years of employment, a staff member will be entitled to ten (10) working days per year.
B. At the beginning of six (6) years of employment through the end of eleven (11) years of employment, a staff member will be entitled to fifteen (15) working days per year; if applicable, seven (7) twenty-four hour shifts per year.
C. At the beginning of twelve (12) years of employment through the end of nineteen (19) years of employment, a staff member will be entitled to twenty (20) working days per year; if applicable, nine (9) twenty-four hour shifts per year.
D. At the beginning of twenty (20) years of employment through the end of twenty-six (26) years of employment, a staff member will be entitled to twenty-five (25) working days per year; if applicable, eleven (11) twenty-four hour shifts per year.
E. At the beginning of twenty-seven (27) years of employment a staff member will be entitled to thirty (30) working days per year; or if applicable, twelve (12) twenty- four (24) hour shifts per year.
