The following shall be celebrated as paid holidays:

The third Monday in January;

The nineteenth day of June;
The fourth day of July;
The first Monday in September;
The eleventh day in November;
The fourth Thursday in November;
The Friday following the fourth Thursday in November;
The twenty-fourth day of December;
The twenty-fifth day of December.
