266.06-7 FAMILY AND MEDICAL LEAVES.
   An employee who has been employed by the City for one (1) year or more and who has worked at least 1250 hours within the previous twelve (12) month period may be eligible for Family Medical Leave as appropriate under State and Federal Family Medical Leave Act laws. The City reserves the right to run any or all FMLA time concurrent with other leave available to City employee.
