266.06-2 JURY DUTY AND WITNESS LEAVES.
   An employee called for jury duty or grand jury must notify their supervisor the next work day following such notification. The City will pay the employee's full pay, for each work day, while the employee is on jury duty, provided the employee endorses any jury duty pay they receive over to the City. An employee serving as a juror must provide written documentation from the court, documenting the dates that the employee served.
   The provisions with respect to jury duty shall apply to employees subpoenaed as a witness in any matter arising out of their official capacity with the City.
