This Personnel Policy (in conjunction with the City of Perrysburg's Employee Handbook on Personnel Policies as well as, Administrative, Department, and Division Policies) covers the wages, hours of work and all other terms and conditions of employment of all individuals employed by the City of Perrysburg, Ohio who are not in bargaining units covered by collective bargaining agreements and all matters not covered by collective bargaining agreements for bargaining unit employees. It does not however cover casual employees (e.g. volunteer fire employees), temporary or seasonal employees (e.g. summer employees) or part-time employees, who normally work fewer than thirty (30) hours per week, or employees of the Court. Any provisions covering pay, benefits and terms and conditions of employment for nonbargaining employees who are excluded from the Personnel Policy must be specified as such in City Ordinances other than in this Personnel Policy.
