(a) The Fire Chief shall keep in convenient form a complete record of all fires. Such record shall include the time of the alarm, the location of the fire, the cause of the fire, if known, the type of building, the names of the owner and tenant, the purpose for which the building was occupied, the value of the building and its contents, the members of the Division responding to the alarm and such other information as he deems advisable or as may be required from time to time by Council.
(b) The Fire Chief shall keep a record of all EMS incidents and facts and circumstances concerning the same, including statistics as to cause, nature and extent of such incidents.
