254.04 NONRESIDENT SERVICE.

Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 737.041, the Police Division of the City is hereby authorized to provide police protection to any county, municipal corporation or township of the State, or to a governmental entity of an adjoining state, without a contract to provide for such police protection. (Res. 1-81. Passed 1-13-81.)
