The Director of Public Service-Safety is hereby authorized and directed to organize and instigate a firearms training program for the personnel of the Police Division agreeable to plans and specifications on file in the office of the Director, when the Municipal Clerk is able to certify the availability of funds in an amount not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500.00) annually for the payment of expenses incident to such program.
