244.02 HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER’S GENERAL DUTIES.

Under the supervision of the Administrator the Human Resources Manager shall be responsible for all human resources functions and all other duties as assigned. The Human Resources Manager shall be the secretary of the Civil Service Commission and shall serve as an advisor to the Mayor when requested.
