242.02 OFFICES WITHIN DEPARTMENT.
   The Department of Law shall include the Office of the Municipal Court Prosecutor. Such office shall consist of the Municipal Court Prosecutor and such attorneys and staff as are necessary. (Ord. 1-2002. Passed 1-7-02.)
