242.01 ESTABLISHED.

The Department of Law is hereby established and shall function under one individual to be known as the Director of Law. The Director of Law shall have all of the powers and shall be charged with all of the duties as set forth in the City Charter and these Codified Ordinances. The Director of Law shall be under the supervision of the Administrator.
