240.02 CITY ENGINEER’S DUTIES.

The City Engineer, under the supervision of the Deputy Service Director, shall have general supervision of the operation of the Division of Engineering and of the personnel thereof. The City Engineer shall be responsible for plan review for public improvements, advise the City on engineering issues, administer construction projects, and monitor progress of infrastructure construction.
