There is hereby established the position of Deputy to the Municipal Clerk.
The Deputy shall be appointed by and may be removed at any time by the Municipal Clerk, but in each instance by and with the advice, consent and approval of Council. The Deputy Clerk shall have and perform such duties as may from time to time be prescribed by the Municipal Clerk.
The Deputy shall receive as compensation for services as such Deputy an amount determined from time to time by Council and shall be subject to the terms, conditions and provisions and entitled to the rights, privileges and benefits applicable as provided in Chapter 266. (Ord. 40-76. Passed 7-13-76.)
