There is hereby created the position of Administrator. The Administrator shall be appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council and shall be removed by the Mayor, subject to the concurrence of a majority of the members of Council. Under the supervision of the Mayor, and to the extent consistent with the Charter and the Codified Ordinances, the Administrator shall coordinate and oversee the Departments of Law, Finance, Public Safety, Public Service and the Division of Planning and Zoning.
