220.02 AMENDMENTS OF LEGISLATION.

If an amendment of any resolution or ordinance is offered and adopted, the Chair shall so report and the ordinance or resolution shall be read as amended on request of any member before the vote on its passage is taken. However, no amendment shall be offered until a resolution or ordinance is read a second time. (Ord. 73-66. Passed 11-22-66.)
