The datum line, from which all elevations and grades for future public improvements shall be determined, is hereby established as the United States Geological Survey bench mark located at the southwest corner of the Way Public Library property at the intersection of Indiana and Louisiana Avenues. The bench mark herein referred to has an established elevation of 632 feet above sea level.
