The use of Inlots two hundred ninety-five (295), three hundred five (305), three hundred six (306), three hundred nineteen (319), three hundred twenty (320) and three hundred thirty (330) in the City of Perrysburg, Wood County, Ohio, now owned by the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, shall no longer be restricted or limited to or for a public park for the use of the inhabitants of the City of Perrysburg, Ohio, but said inlots or any part of them may hereafter be used for such municipal or civic purposes as the Council of the Municipality may from time to time determine, direct or authorize.
