Sec. X-2.0 NOMINATING PROCEDURE.

Nominations for elective office of the Municipality shall be made only by petition filed with the election authorities ninety (90) days prior to the first Tuesday after the first Monday in May and signed by not less than 50 electors of the Municipality. The nomination of each candidate shall be made by a separate petition.
