Sec. V-6.0 OTHER DUTIES.
   A.   The Director of Finance and the Mayor, or the Mayor’s designee, shall execute on behalf of the Municipality all contracts, conveyances, evidences of indebtedness and other instruments to which the Municipality is a party.

   B.   The Clerk of Council shall authenticate all records, documents and instruments of the Municipality, authentication of which is necessary or proper. He/she shall have custody and charge of all records of the Municipality not otherwise by this Charter or by ordinance or resolution committed to the charge or custody of other officers or agencies of the Municipality.

   C.   The Clerk of Council shall perform such other duties consistent with his/her office as the Council may request or direct. The Director of Finance shall perform such other duties consistent with his/her office as may be required by this Charter, by ordinance of the Council, or as the Mayor may request or direct.
