A. The Director of Finance shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of Council. (Amended 11-3-98)
B. EDITOR’S NOTE: Former subsection B. was repealed November 6, 2018.
C. The Director of Finance shall not hold any elective public office or any other Municipal Office or employment, except he/she may also be the Clerk of Council. He/she shall not, directly or indirectly, solicit, contract for, receive or be interested in any profit or emolument from or on account of any contract, job, work or service with or for the Municipality.
