A. The Council shall consist of seven (7) members all of whom shall be elected at large. The term of the members of the Council shall begin on the first day of January next following their election and they shall serve for a term of four (4) years or until their successors are chosen and qualified. Three (3) shall serve terms concurrently with the Mayor and four (4) shall serve terms commencing two years after the start of the Mayor’s term.
