The violation of a proclamation of emergency, a subsequent proclamation exercising emergency powers, a proclamation of curfew, a rule, or order, which proclamation, rule or order is issued pursuant to Section 268.04, or the violation of any order or directive given by a peace officer or designated emergency services personnel pursuant to authority resulting from Section 268.04 is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
