268.03 DECLARATION OF STATE OF EMERGENCY.

The Mayor in his sole discretion may determine that a public emergency exists and proclaim in writing a state of emergency. The Mayor shall, within twenty-four hours of the proclamation of a state of emergency, ask Council to set a special meeting.
