(a) Council hereby delegates to the Mayor, or his or her designee, the authority to approve, without further action from Council, the terms of a lease for property, or any amendment or change to the terms of such a lease, where the amount at issue is less than seventy-five dollars ($75.00) per month and no more than seven hundred and fifty dollars ($750.00) for the life of the lease.
(b) When the administration exercises authority to adjust or amend a lease pursuant to this provision, it shall first notify Council through the Finance Committee.
