1453.35 APPEALS BOARD ESTABLISHED.

(a) The City of Perrysburg Board of Zoning Appeals is hereby appointed to serve as the Appeals Board for these regulations as established by the City of Perrysburg Code.

(b) Records of the Appeals Board shall be kept and filed in the Planning and Zoning Office, 201 West Indiana Avenue, Perrysburg, Ohio.
