610.021 COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING IN RIVERCREST PARK.

Subject to such administrative policies as may be adopted by the City upon the recommendation of the Director of Public Safety, the Director of Public Service, and the Director of Law, the City may authorize or otherwise sell commercial advertising in certain designated spaces within Rivercrest Park.
