(a) The City of Perrysburg hereby adopts, pursuant to Ohio R.C. 1332.32, a video service provider fee, such fee shall uniformly apply to all video service providers within the City.
(b) The fee shall consist of five percent (5%) of the video service provider’s gross revenues as defined by Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B)(1)(a) through (e) and on advertising revenue as set forth in Ohio R.C. 1332.32(B)(2)(g).
