267.01-1 PART-TIME EMPLOYEE WAGE RATE COMPLIANCE WITH WAGE AND HOUR LAW.

The part-time salaries of employees covered by the minimum wage provisions of the Fair Labor Standards Act of the City of Perrysburg shall be adjusted so as to provide that, now or in the future, the rates for such employees shall be no less than the Federal Minimum Wage applicable at the time the employee earns the wages.
